WEST MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — On February 23, 2023, the West Monroe Police Office responded to a shoplifting simply call at Sally’s Natural beauty Salon on Blanchard Road. 3 suspects were arrested in relation to this incident.
Authorities were being notified that the suspected shoplifter was witnessed with an older woman and a doggy wearing a green cast on her right arm. When police arrived on the scene, they noticed an more mature female who in good shape the description.
